We ship all orders within the United States using a reliable domestic carrier, ensuring your handcrafted piece arrives safely and on time. Each item is carefully packaged to protect the metalwork during transit, and tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships. No matter where you are in the country, your piece will be delivered securely and efficiently from our workshop to your doorstep.
International shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States only and are not offering international shipping at this time. Limiting our shipping range allows us to ensure reliable delivery, consistent transit times, and the highest level of care for each handcrafted piece. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future as our workshop grows.
Returns
Return Cost
We gladly accept returns within our stated return window, but please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. As a small workshop, we’re unable to cover return‑shipping fees at this time. We recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking to ensure your piece arrives safely for processing.
30 Days to Return
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, giving you ample time to inspect your piece and ensure it meets your expectations. To qualify for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition. Once received and reviewed, we will process your refund promptly.
Replacement
If an item arrives defective or develops an issue within 30 days of delivery, I will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Simply contact me with details and photos of the defect, and once verified, a replacement piece will be prepared and sent to you. This policy ensures that every customer receives a piece that reflects the quality and craftsmanship of my workshop.
